All applicants must be at least 18 years old, have valid Identification, and a have a permanent residence.
Filling out this application does not guarantee residency. All applications will be kept on file for review as vacancies become available. Creatives considered for open studios should be comfortable in a communal working atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are eager to participate in events and contribute a positive energy to our environment. Studios are for work purposes only. We do NOT offer live in studio rentals.
